"This is a good place to go for a long lunch or dinner, particularly if staying at the Mercure, which is just up the hill. A real fire helps the restaurant feel cosy and informal, and the staff are friendly. The food comes in good...portions, and the 10 hour beef is absolutely delicious. Meals are beautifully presented. We had fish pate which was divine, and a sort of superior shepherds pie with shredded beef and a potato topping. The rillets of fish were a tiny bit strange as they were very cold, but the food is generally really tasty. Desserts were huge pieces of chocolate cake with creme anglais or tarte tartine both very nice."

"This restaurant was only open a week when we visited and we were really glad we did. The staff, a family run establishment, couldn't do enough for us and were tremendously helpful and attentive, going to great lengths to translate the menu which offered a wide variety of choices.Even though we didn't order a starter they provided slices of various meats including Parma ham, sausage, salami and pate and the bread it came with was delicious. We had steak, burgers, and curried chicken, all good, but the menu was comprehensive and all of the desserts were home made.This place will rapidly climb up the list of the most popular restaurants in Granville. Don't say that you weren't told!"

"Food average, service terrible! The restaurant was very busy, but we were seated quickly. We then had to wait a considerable time for a menu, our order to be taken and the food to arrive. We were almost finished our meals before our drinks arrived, despite asking a number of times. There was a similar delay in clearing plates and ordering dessert. Overall, poor performance!"

"Beaucoup d'attente mais ça peut se comprendre, nous sommes le soir du 14 Juillet et Granville est noire de monde.On nous installe à une table et nous voilà laissés à notre triste sort.La suite est une pizza banale avec l'habituel Prosciutto di Parma vendu pour du Parmesan. Tristement classique.Je terminerai mon dîner en écoutant le patron raconter à des copains qu'il est proche de la retraite et que, maintenant, il n'en fait pas plus que çà..."

"OMG. This was so bad, I dont even know where to start. The crepes were absolutely disgusting with the worst ingredients you can imagine. Low quality at his best. You dont need to actually try the crepes to understand that its crap. Salty and sweet...were equally bad. I totally understand now why it has been rated as the worst place of Granville."
