"Nous étions 4 et nous avons adorés. L'accueil est très chaleureux, le cadre est sympatoche. Les plats (buffet d'entrée, suite, fromage et dessert) sont simples, de qualité et conséquent. Nous étions un peu serrés mais les convives étaient nombreux, MDR...Bon rapport qualité/prix et en fonction de la spécialité du jour, vous avez droit à une danse servie par la Patronne, lol...Cé un "petit" resto au grand coeur...Je recommande"

"Wandering about looking for a light meal for lunch we came across Le Saf Saf. The chicken cous cous was exactly what we wanted, sharing a single portion between two people and finishing with peppermint tea. Beautifully spicy and light in flavour, it was just right after weeks of heavy French lunches or the never ending baguettes. The owner and his wife (I assume they are a couple) were extra friendly and helpful as they coped with my pathetic French. And the meal was so reasonably priced, I wish we could go back there again."

"This little restaurant located on the main street of the small village of Langon in Brittany, France is a favorite of local workers because its value for price is exceptional. Open for lunch daily, 10.80 Euros purchases a four course meal, which includes a generous salad bar including charcuterie (cold cuts) and crudites (veggies). The main course changes daily, and you get what they serve, or for a small supplement, you can choose a steak and fries. A cheese course with several varieties is followed by dessert, usually including three or four choices. You also get the incredible personality of the young patronne, Alexandra, her bright red hair, and her raucous but infectious laugh. Her husband, who stays in the background and lets her shine, is the chef. The restaurant is also open for dinner on Friday and Saturday nights for a slightly higher price. It is worth the trip just to watch Alexandra in action and the food is satisfying and filling. If you come, don 't be surprised to be surrounded by manual laborers in their overalls, and be prepared for a tight squeeze but a wonderful meal. You might even get Alexandra to use her limited English. When we asked her in English what time they open, she said ten o 'clock but then told us in French that they opened at 9:30 a.m. but she didn 't know how to say that in English! Delightful!"
