"Have used Paulo's at least times now sampling both their midday and evening meals. Weekday Plat de Jour, a delight, French style plat, with alternatives if the daily choice is not to your taste. Weekend Dinner Menu, delicious French food that has never failed...to impress. Great food, generous portions and good service at a price that will pleasantly surprise you. A must."

"This is a hole in the wall pizzaria with a fantastic log oven. Two young guys who have over the years added tables and a gazebo covering. Their pizzas are fantastic and you are welcome to sit at a table, have a bottle of beer or wine taking in life on the square. I never visit this area without having a pizza here."

"We have eaten in Romans de Saveur a few times which is excellent and have seen this venue from there. On Bastille night we wanted to dine somewhere less formal with an outside terrace and lovely atmosphere, Le Grill was the perfect choice. The setting is picturesque with unrivalled views of the river and the food simply cooked, simply presented and simply excellent value. Looking forward to another visit in September."

"Actually there is not much hustle and bustle but it is a great place to have a drink. The service is superb, the view of the old city across the river is superb. They often have live music, and what I have seen of that was quite good."

"We were looking for food on Monday at noon. Apart from some people who drink outside, nobody was in there. We were asked if we had made a reservation. No. We were told it was full. Any chance of eating? No. The kitchen was closed. A box or a bowl of olives? No. The guy who served us was much more interested in connecting his mates to another table. We had a drink and the change. Four hungry adults and two hungry children left. By mutual agreement, there was no greeting or confirmation as we moved away. I can't say I'd ever go back. I think I'd rather be hungry."
