"If you want to call her l’eclair, l’eclair is better good. this was a step under ok the day, funny it was better the next day, but still not spectacular. Anyway, the cakes are the reason to go here. Japanese style (and korea has similar style) cream all away."

"A sweet, authentic french cafe in the heart of Bridgepoint, Mosman specializing in tarts, quiches, cakes, pastries, breads and coffee. Of course, the original business exists on the other side of the military road, but this location is much more accessible to the masses, as you make your weekly business! Chef Le Breton opened this Mosman institution after almost 30 years from France. He has beaten his skills as a patissier in Le Mans and Paris before putting his websites on Sunny Sydney. A lot of loved loading in the Mosman community. Let yourself be falling for a fast strawberry tart, Eclair or vanilla slice. During my last visit, they had sold out of the very popular ham and cheese croissant, so this means now that I have another reason to come back! Coffee could be better and the staff training could improve the efficient run of this delicious place! C'est Tres Bon!"

"Must say I was quite upset to find that La Banette has closed its doors along Glebe Point Road, but happy to report Avalon and Mosman are still going strong. The menu is somewhat less than Glebe, however they still have good sandwiches, pastries, cakes, tarts and croissant all made in the true French style! Long live La Banette!"

"The piccolo was short and smooth, as there were locally roasted Colombian connection, individual arrival, individual land beans. the cakes that fill the theks at the front of the caffe are stoney and would not be made out of place in a school jersey with chocolate cracks make a occur next to broth, cupcakes and tarts."

"Nice atmosphere. Lovely coffee although the large was just a cup. We had a raspberry and a blueberry muffin which were fresh but lacking any fruit. The apple tart was good. Baked cheesecake was fresh but a small serve and plain. It could have done with a drizzle of flavour like a berry compote or something. Two coffees a milkshake, two muffins, a cheesecake and an apple tart cost $40. It was a pleasant place to have a coffee."

"Very disappointing. Went here the other week with a friend. Beautiful location and surrounds but shame about the poor customer service. Our orders took a long time to come out and then one of the orders was missing went to check on it and the guy hadn't entered it in the system so I just said forget it. Then got my order of nutella crepes and there was no nutella! Don't think I'll be going back if I do, I'll take my own picnic!"
