"We went to dinner before a show at the Port Theater in Nanaimo. The meal was excellent and the service was great. Our server, Kim was great at her job, and despite a short "failure to communicate" we had a great time. Because it is close to the Port Theater, you better make sure you have a reservation if you want to dine between 5 PM and 7 PM"

"Absolutely amazing, surprisingly-affordable breakfast and baked goods! The Benny was delicious and the lox and eggs was incredible. And the Nanaimo bars were the best I've ever had in Nanaimo. Definitely recommend!"

"The food was good had the famous lobster very enjoyable. It was enjoyable that is until I got home, I started to feel very very unwell and didn't sleep that night. If yoy must go avoid the seafood, my friend didnt try it and had no issues. For a restaurant that charged 100 dollars for my bill this is unacceptable"

"We really enjoyed our meal. Salt and pepper wings tequila prawns club sandwich and chicken dinner. All food excellent and was very tasty generous portions Maya our waitress was great and we had quick awesome service !!! We will be back 10/10 ????"

"Food is pretty good, but when a waiter simultaneously spilled two drinks on two guys laps, the manager only offered to comp the drinks. Definitely not an appropriate response to such a major mistake, but after a great deal of debate with the manager, the two guys got their meals comped. Should have just started with that. Staff are usually friendly, and the atmosphere is casual. Great place for an expensive pub-style meal and an equally expensive drink, or to watch the game, they just need to brush up on the finer points of hospitality. Most of the staff and managers are young students, or just young in general, so lack of hospitality (and life) experience is definitely understandable. Great place to go to support working students."

"It's been a while since I last eaten there, but it was a nice typical McDonalds restaurant with very good tasting delicious and super tasty dishes and 100% good customer service and a very clean, safe restaurant. I strongly recommend this...restaurant out you will really love it."

"Stopped by Brown's last night and was looking to get a seat in the main lounge area.... there were many empty tables, however, we were seated in a patio waiting area instead. We ordered a couple drinks... I had the red Sangaria which was tasty! I had the Cowgirl salad and found the portion to be average. The Chicken was dry... my friend ordered a gluten free dairy free pizza and was charged an extra $8 for additional toppings. Overall, my visit was very average."
