"We came to eat for the first in this restaurant 27 July 2022 and I can tell you that we did not have a pleasant moment of atmosphere and especially gustatively the menus of very good quality price and the exceptional home fact I recommend and come back as soon as we pass to cornriot thank you"

"Having come here annually for the last three years, very sadly, I believe the wonderful Jardin de Lou'Sa shuts down 1 April 2017. My french isnt quite good enough to understand the full reasons why - but we think it's because the lovely owners are fed up with french bureaucracy. Which is a tragedy. France is such a mess in terms of the restrictions it places on businesses and entrepreneurs who arent connected to powerful patrons. This restaurant is one of the best I've visited anywhere in France, with a lovely ambience, great value and just the most eclectic menu winter and summer. If indeed it is closing down, France is the poorer for it. Quelle tragedie. Ps Tripadvisor, if I have misunderstood and the Jardin is not closing, please do delete this review."

"We chose this place following the great reviews we read. I feel I went to a different place to the one reviewed. All the fish/ seafood we ordered was bland/ inedible and not very fresh. The rice served on the side was dry (precooked and reheated). The idea of homemade chips is great, however they were soggy and saturated in oil. If you love seafood/ fish you will leave very unsatisfied. After the meal I decided to wash my hands, big mistake!! The toilets smelt of urine that hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time."

"Old school French hotel. Room on 2nd floor in attic with sloping ceiling. Dated but clean room. Had to go short walk down corridor to toilet/shower room. Didn't eat here but did have an evening drink in the bar downstairs. Pretty good value for the £36 we paid."
