"Today I wasn’t feeling well and decided to get soup half hour before their closing time at this location. I didn’t know this but the manager was taking my order at the drive thru, her name is MARI, incredibly sweet person. She guided me through the menu as a vegetarian even if I had been to Panera many times their menus change, I told her I was not feeling well and she was super sweet and kind. These guys have the best customer service of ANY Panera bread location and super sweet employees. The lady at the window Abbey was so sweet and kind. I was feeling super sick and wanted my tomato soup, I forgot my wallet at home in a hurry and these guys took care of me without me asking them for anything. I was shocked at how kind and sweet they are. You don’t expect this from a semi-fast food place. Their kindness turned my not so good night into one filled with gratitude. There are good people still left! This is the best location hands down! Thanks MARI AND ABBEY best customer service ever!"

"I saw some waste of space yelling at the two employees a few days ago after they were working hard to obviously fill a bunch of orders they had just gotten after some kind of problem. They stayed super kind, apologized, and even gave him a larger size of fries for free. The food was great and the service too as always."

"Probably, the worst Wendy's I've ever been at. Was doing drive through on 10/26 close by midnight, so about an hour prior closing. It looked like all the employees there wanted to leave earlier and were extremely disappointed that the needed to serve another customer. All seemed very unfriendly. Had to repeat the order multiple time as the person was barely able to hear me while talking to someone in the kitchen. Eventually, still messed up the order bring fries instead of baked potato asked. A staff lady that took my credit card, has never got it back. Another one, who substituted her, could not find it for quite a bit. Overall, it took me more than 25 ! minutes to complete and receive the order with no waiting line presented. The food was so-so would give it alone three stars out of five but wouldn't expect much from the fast not actually fast at all -food chain anyways."

"Burgers were good but look at the cheese fries....I'm sure they changed the cheese and theres barely cheese on it. I used to love their cheese fries but what happened and their beef patty is a little too salty ...Very disappointed on the fries"

"We had a small bridal luncheon and it was perfect, they accommodated our party of 6 with an elderly person with a walker, I was able to dec the table. And We did not feel rushed at all! Our waitress, Maia was so sweet and not pushy really great. The food was amazing! The French toast was the best ever! It is pricey but the restaurant is Soo pretty and perfect setting for a bridal lunch! We were in the corner by the window for some privacy alt sunny!"
