"Customer service is horrible. their call-center and online support are the most worthless people I've ever met or it could be the company that's not in training there employees. They change their promotions daily, so they don't honor things that they say they're going to do which is really frustrating when you drove here with multiple kids and they say they didn't promote that and then you show them an email or a text and they just look at you like deer in headlights and food is disgusting and overprice but I guess it's all about the experience."

"We visited once right after this location opened, and it was fine. We visited again last week, and it was pretty abysmal. All of the food tasted like it had been frozen and reheated in the microwave. We visited midweek for lunch, and there was plenty ofstaff on hand, so it wasn't like they were understaffed or overworked. The food was just extremely subpar. Our server alsodidn't seem to know what was going on. We had to repeat things over and over to be understood. We had one person with us who hasa vegan diet for health reasons, so we asked for specific items (hash browns, and various veggies that come in the omelet). Forsome reason the server kept talking about what was gluten-free on the menu even though we kept repeating that it was vegan orvegetarian that we needed. Not a big deal, and we made do, but it was a weird experience."

"Today we went to Le Macaron at La Cantera and after we ordered a coffee and ice cream to go and the moment I answered my phone speaking Farsi, the shopkeeper suddenly asked us to leave the store and as an excuse he pointed out that our 2-year old daughter is not wearing a mask (we adults were wearing masks).I am not sure if our order was not worth preparing (we are the only customers) or it has something to do with racism but he successfully ruined our day.In Texas Children younger than 10 years old are exempt from wearing the mask:"

"The food is always amazing!!! Unfortunately I work from 7am-6pm and I made it to the Broadway location at 7:27pm. I get it when people are tired and are pretty much ready to go home, and I’m sorry I made it at almost closing. but honestly you don’t have to give a customers an ugly attitude. you could tell both of the cashiers were ready to leave. I felt like I was at a McDonald’s drive thru(“is that it….ok…. Is that it” . If your not a people person, you shouldn’t work in either retail or restaurant business."

"I went to the restaurant to celebrate my birthday with my wife and two small children. I advised them that I was bringing two small children when I booked my reservation. When I entered the restaurant, again I advised the person sitting us that I had two small children. I saw no one complain about my children. When I was finished with my food the head waiter asked me to leave. I paid for my food wine and left. I was not able to drink my wine in peace. The food is ok, but the atmosphere and courtesy is lacking. Do not go with any children and please do not make any noise."
