"We planned our lunch on Monday 8 days before our visit, it was a great pleasure that we got a place, the view is spectacular, just be aware they asks you to scan a QR code to read the menu, I don’t know if it’s...because of the covid of some sort of innovation, to be honest it’s odd for a fine dinning restaurant to do so. During the whole experience, the waitress was nice, she was trying her best to speak english to me and the wine specialist was very helpful. But somehow I find the other waiter at bar area was not so friendly to English speaking customers( I mean me) when I was asking for the toilet."

"This snack bar is located inside the public park at Angon and offers a basic menu soft drinks, beer, sandwiches, panini, etc. The french fries are delicious! There is also a nice seating area with chairs and umbrellas right alongside the lake."

"I had dinner with a friend there last week, and really, there is nothing I can recommend. it is not bad quality but just un-imaginative, service is slow, and waiters hardly speak french properly (they try hard). It is not cheap, and is ok if...it is included in your hotel Half board, but really not worth the visit if you can dine elsewhere. It is a pity as Talloires really needs some good restaurant where the well-off locals can diner regularly. I would not say this is a bad place to have dinner, but it needs to do more to attract regular locals."

"8 of us spent a car-free week in Talloires in July. We travelled from London by train and then hired bikes from Base Camp. Bikes were great for serious cyclists and amateurs alike. I got up hills I would never have managed on my bike at home. Coffee was the best my serious coffee addict husband, had all week."
