"A few months ago I would have given them 5 stars. Thank goodness I did not review it then. We have only been to the Robinson. I will try a different location next time. The Robinson location went down hill in the last couple of months. The food was awful. The french toast looked burnt, but the waitress swore it was not. It is just caramelized, the waitress said. Who caramelizes french toast ? Regardless, it looked burnt and guess what ? It tasted burnt. I used to love their breakfast food. None of it has been good. Back to the waitress, we had the same woman the last two times. She was terrible. She took forever to bring our food out, that by the time she did it was all cold. She forgot a few things completely. Dropped glass, shattering it all over the floor. Will not return. I will say this, the store section has the nicest people working over there. I absolutely love them.Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves the store section. She also loves the grilled chicken tenders and fries.Parking: There is a huge parking lot around it."

"Limited menu through new years according to our server. However our favorites were still on the menu. It was busy, but we did not have any wait. The food came out quickly and was good as always. Our server, John, was very quick, attentive, and professional. We generally love cracker barrel and this was just what we expected."

"Been there a few times now and food and service has always been great. Betty was our waitress and was awesome, food came out hot and fast and anytime she saw ours drinks starting to get low she was there to refill them. We will definitely be back."

"Advertise all you can eat wings, but only boneless wings on Wed. (Bone-in on Mondays). Take 30 min to get first order sitting at bar with 5 people where my partner and I were the only ppl eating otherwise in an empty restaurant, and when asking to put in another order, told to wait bc kitchen wasn 't busy, would only take 6 min , then next order came 45 min from that. One plate of fries comes with your all you can eat order but you are not allowed a to go box for anything you order even the fries because they are so concerned with you taking home the 2nd order of wings it took 45 min to get that they are just going to throw away anyways. I say save your money and just get a single order of wings if they are boneless. They are huge and full of white meat and only professional chicken buffet competition eaters would get anything close to their money 's worth.Vegetarian options: Cauliflower wings offered but only as single orders,not in all you can eat."

"Very poor service. we had to request silverware after eating. the salates that were not served until we were asked for them after our meal. we never saw our waitress after we ordered us until she brought our neck. the food wasn't even warm. never again"

"If the bartender was more attentive to the customers, they would have received a 5-star rating. She had short-term memories, except when it was time to pay. I don't think I'm going back to the Gator dock. The food was warm as if it was under the warmer for a while. The Philly Sub had more pepper than anything else. I used to go to other Gator docks and I never had a bad experience like this."

"I wasn't with gator for long. her menu has changed somewhat. I had her sea breeze salat. it had crispy salate, dried cranberries, tangerine pieces, candied pecans that gave him a beautiful crispy, blue cheese crumb and a nice piece grilled huhn. my man had her chicken nachos. it was a large plate with many chopped chicken, tomato, green tweepers and dipped with avocado and cheese sauce. a great glimpse experience. the prices were good, especially for the amount of food. they also have delicious wings and really good burgers. Try it. you will enjoy it."
