"It is not a bad wendys, the service is simply not the largest. the last five or six times when I'm gone, I ordered a baconnator, but I always got a daves double. that's okay, but it's not exactly what I ordered and sure to ask for chili sauce when they order a chili, this last time I ordered two chili, got no soak and got only one spoon."

"Used the drive through around 1:45pm. Greeted promptly and courteously. Order was correct and food was hot. Nice fresh bun. Staffers at both windows were friendly and helpful. Parking lot looked well tended. Leaving the parking lot onto Dayton-Xenia Road can get tricky because it's a major thoroughfare, so be patient."

"Improvement. on Sunday night it wasn't long. used to be pretty good. kellner gave us water and asked for our order, he seemed to be in a hurry or was simply distracted. both my friend and I thought he was rude. he ordered steak I ordered. he asked that it rarely med and it was done well. my garnels were nothing special, and the rice was immediately and not very good. After he told the waiter about his steak, the waiter was apologetic and he sent the manager over and he apologised my buddy canceled his steak and ordered the woof soup. suppe was great, but they would have put it together for me and it took forever to get our food and what with the bread without dinner. there were not many customers there and I could see why."

"With a line spilling out into Wyoming Street, the older gentleman who worked the intercom taking orders, very calmly walked out the back door, AFTER his head set was left uncharged for his shift, by the shift before him, with a pen and paper, and stood in the cold to take the customers and l orders and those of delivery drivers, calmly walked back inside after a few moments, input all the orders into their system, and didn't complain, cuss, or have a negative thing to say. THIS man deserves a raise. He clearly went above and beyond his job title to ensure the mistake of who was in charge of the shift prior to his, didn't reflect sales our orders of customers. THESE are the employees you should be giving raises to show you value them .. because they will in return CONTINUE building your business. Or not and figure out why you can't keep employees .. just saying. Sorry not sorry."
