"This was the worst Applebees I've ever been to -first of all we waited a long time for someone to appear at the host desk. We didn't get eating utensils till after our food was served. My french onion soup was served luke warm. Service was so slow which I don't understand because the place was pretty empty and they had plenty of staff. Our waitress kept disappearing or going to laugh and chat with co-workers. And the menu isnt appetizing at all. We won't be going to anymore Applebee's"

"If I could give this place less than 1 I would. They do this stupid thing where they have every car pull away from the window and park to wait for thier food instead of staying in the drive thru to give the impression that their line is moving fast. But really you have to sit here for 15 min waiting for one cheeseburger. Sometimes multiple cars leave the line, myself included before they even order because they will let you sit at the order box for 10 min without saying a word. Sometimes they are on top of their stuff but most of the time you have to sit and wait because their 5 person team can 't handle more than 3 orders at a time without a 15 min wait. I would recommend never coming to this location if you don 't have to. The only reason I come sometimes is because the McDonald 's next to it always has a 8 car line. I 'd imagine it 's because nobody will come to this Wendy 's. I work in one of the busiest restaurants in Kansas City and our kitchen can get real food out to tables faster than this Wendy 's can get a bag of fries to you."

"I just came out of a 12-hour shift and picked up dinner for my children. but do they tell me why can't I get soaked for my nuggets? they take their time to ask what kind they want, and it is clear on the entrance! but that happens 8 times. it gets frustrating. I mean, they have actually implemented some of the best nuggets, but this honey scabble just puts it out! Sometimes it's the little things that are important. Run my sauce!"

"The girl in the window could not start the job properly, and then when we pulled up, she went with us to argue and tell us we only ordered hamburger and I had to pay extra for the riders. pay $30 for two combo meals. but also, not only the girl in the window argued with us, but the manager also came by and began to argue with us and when we asked for one entry, said if I can't find it, I will stop looking. we then asked about the reception, which then went to the manager who cried us to the running gear thru window. So if they want them not to give them what they want and overload on them and move, then here is the place for them!"

"I would give them zero stars if I could. my job was completely wrong. ordered 2 large pommes and got breakfast kartoffeln. ordered a hamburger child meal with a chocolate-frost and ended with a bowl salat with a very old and cold piece meat together with salad, tomato swash and pickles if it should have been only ketchup. the frost was strawberry instead of chocolate. oh and the big coke zero was just a water. I wouldn't do that for the first time. I always give them the advantage of doubt, but no more. if it's a corporate seat, someone should say something. the management must be fired together with the entire crew. clean this place from top to bottom and start it fresh!"

"I love the food and atmosphere here. We go to Mother’s Day brunch here every year (make reservations early! and love it! Their offerings are varied and plentiful and everything is well-stocked and delicious. Only disappointment would probably be their cocktails....you want a fancy mimosa or sangria and it’s just meh looking and tasting. But the food and beautiful Union Station cannot be beat."

"Visited filiale at 11 o'clock. the staff was busy, but not rushed. Eat was okay, burfries were hot. the personal must be remembered that the vocabulary they use behind the theke can easily be heard in the es tab. they used a few choices and unprofessional cakes that work in the kitchen."
