This location Is our favorite but today Torin was extra nice to us! Very respectful which is appreciated!! Thank u Torin for being amazing and effortlessly polite!!!

Very busy for working day. the staff was polite and fast also with the big lunch break. I love the $5 biggie bag! such a good bargin.

Walked into the lobby and a female employee was sitting on the counter with her back to the lobby. When she noticed I was standing at the counter. She slid off of the counter and walked over to the drive thru area. There was a male employee working at the fry and nugget station. He looked in my direction several times without even offering to get someone to take my order or even acknowledge that I was there. I asked if anyone was working today and still nobody offered to assist me. I was in the lobby for a little over 5 minutes and then walked out. Very disappointed. If I could give this review a zero, I would.

Waited in line for 40 minutes (fourth in line) Someone finally went to window, came back and said they were closed. It was 1022 when I arrived, sign said they closed at 11(website too). Person working there didn't have decency to tell anyone over speaker. No sorry or anything. Very poor business plan! Would give zero stars if possible.

Order a large meal, gets a medium. Order a side of baconator fries, didn't even get the other fries with my meal. Order took a long time to get done. Good food but slow/bad service. Not recommend unless your craving Wendy's bad.
