"This casual restaurant, 4 blocks from paseo montejo. despite a single waiter very good and fast service. the gourmet pizza are good, I tried the artichoke hearts one, the salat is fair, since the one I got was a full bowl of cubed Romaine...lettuce with cut tomatoes and gurks with grated carrots, they need to mix in all salad ingredients and merge them. that is a great selection of fresh water (aguas frescas.) there is no selection of national (méxico) weep; we can only get carlo di rossi and the Chilean concha y toro. on the other hand beer is cold. 5 stars to eat 3 stars."

"Nothing at all fancy about this little place but the friendly staff and good food at low prices make a winning combination. While billing itself as a healthy eating establishment, the food is healthy but still tasty. And portions generous. They have a small but varied menu but I usually opt for the daily lunch special. For 50 to 60 pesos, it includes a bowl of soup but the entree, always including healthy vegetables and salad. A choice of drink is included as well as bread and a small desert. A real bargain.The waiter does it all including being the cashier, waiting tables and answering the phone. And he manages very well, always explaining every item he places on the table. Impressive.I was also impressed when an employee passed my table and greeted me by name. I was puzzled as to how he knew until I saw he was the delivery driver. He sees my name on the delivery ticket. Still, an impressive memory.Highly recommended if looking for a tasty , inexpensive lunch in the cental area of Santa Ana Park and the Paseo Montejo."

"This is a non-descript family run place open for breakfast and lunch. Not a destination but a solid option if you are in this neighborhood. Service is very friendly, and food is available to eat in (wifi available) or take out. Many Mexican (enchiladas, chilaquiles)...and Yucatecan options. I tried their huevos motuleños, an elaborate egg dish served on tostadas with beans, ham, and peas (among other ingredients). They were tasty, and the portion generous. Coffee (including cappuccino from a machine that doesn't make espresso) doesn't look promising, but fresh fruit and fruit drinks are available."

"Very good service, a variety of foods, breads, juices, desserts. Only item I did not like was the bacon. It tasted artificial. I had this on two occasions, and it tasted the same. Friendly and helpful staff."

"Eating here is like going back in time. The food is okay... not great, but if you are looking for a traditional meal, it's good. We love the old photos on the wall, the ancient capuccino machine and NCR cash register. Old fashioned waiters dressed...in black white... it's just how Merida was years ago when we first started going there. But beware... the only fresh juice is naranja, everything else from a box. If you are looking for better food and fresh juice (which we often are), this is not the place. If you are looking for air conditioning and comfort food in a convenient location, this will fit the bill."
