The restaurant is just at the foot of Paseo Montejo. What is great about that on Sunday is that the Paseo is open to Bici, the bikathon that takes over one side of the avenue and several side streets where families, couples and singles rent bikes of all types for a couple of hours . What User doesn't like about El Gran Cafe:
We don't know what we had offered because there was no menu in english. But we got something ugly-looking. Though the taste was a little better than appearance, we couldn't finish eating. After this dinner I visited WC and was totally discouraged. I don't want to discribe that smell and that dirt as much as I don't want to remember what I had seen there... I had eggs Benedict, just terrible. Tasteless and food was not even hot Could be a great restaurant if they could significantly improve the food
