"I've been eating here for ten years. What happened to the quality of food and personnel? Sit and wait 33 minutes for our order. The woman's order was cold and not complete. The waitress had an attitude when she asked her to get her a hot meal. It was burned back by the microwave. I never offered coffee refills. He asked for a manager who told me they had only 1 chef. I went without food and certainly not paid. We'll never eat there! Management leaves much to wish and think that food service workers cry for $15 per hour. Maybe the customer service team must visit this store personally. The management must obviously be changed like the staff. For recording his cracker barrel on hwy 42 in Garner NC."

"I haven't been to a Cracker Barrel in years and was looking forward to our gathering here. We got a table right away and our server was great and patient as part of our party was late. I got an old favorite country fried steak with pancakes as a side. Pancakes were fantastic and all I will order next time. The fried steak arrived grey and lifeless with a small blob of gravy on top. It was roundish like a pre-made hamburger patty and ate like a hamburger. there was little coating or flavor a real disappointment"

"From Victoria our server to the food runner Megan everything served with a smile. We came hangry and left happy and well fed. One must have known we were the family of grumps but this did not stop our server from cheerfully changing us into happy and satisfied. Victoria was so patient and very attentive to our needs. She knew instantly that one was struggling reading the menu so she stepped up her game and kindly offered to assist. Then once zeroed in on what was desired she brought the freshest biscuits in town and even offered cornbread. With fresh warm biscuits our cranky frowns were turned into smiles. At this Cracker Barrel no drink was left empty and our meals were large and plentiful. One only could wish they had the ability to see the chicken noodle soup but with a blink of an eye it was gone. Their soup was so good even the plate had to be licked clean. Then there was those dumplings that tasted like grandma just pulled them off the cast iron pot. Wowzer they were so yummy. Now if one can't seem to ever find that country style ham that they love on biscuits, Cracker Barrel has your craving covered. The best part is on does not need to wait for the holidays just come in to grandma's kitchen hidden in every Cracker Barrel. Now one could go on and on for the food is never bad at the Florida Cracker Barrel's but one must mention how awesome the General Store feeling is that compliments the experience. It's like one is teleported back in time to the days of their parents youth. From old fashioned candy to the toys and decorations there is so much to desire and they change seasonally for repeat visits."

"On my way back to Miami after my brother's funeral I stayed here 10 minutes before closing, but I had to eat. From the waitress to the manager let us all be welcome and never felt quick. The food was also excellent. I always stop eating in cracker barrels, but this is special."

"Barrel bites and pancakes over done and dry. Scrambled eggs were flay and over cooked. Not the usual good food that dayWheelchair accessibility: Very difficult to shop. Merchandise on every corner. Barely enough room to get through and I end up knocking things over and have to physically move merch out of the way"
