"Great ambiente and great eating! my man and I were here for the first time to taste it and drink it. we loved the place and eating, not to mention that they also have great services! I was so impressed that the server was very attentive and just before we set ourselves on our table, the server gave us free chips and salsa. They took our job and I do not even swear 5 minutes that they serve us our drinks and eat. they are fast and very efficient. we are coming back to the final! it is a great experience!"

"Cool atmosphere and decor. Good food. Great shots! Shrimp enchiladas were decent. The refried beans and rice were alright. The tortilla soup had flavor out of this world! I would go back for that alone."

"The restaurant is very nice , but the food is over price , and no that good , depend on what you order the portion are small and the price big , on the mix fajitas of meat and shrimp that cost dollars , you only get tree shrimp , four small pieces of meat , the rest is all onions , peppers and tomato's , we eat in a lots of restaurant but this is the one , that we are not coming back again . If you want to eat great Mexican food go to Pancho's in Manhattan Beach and compare"

"I am very happy to have found Frida Mexican Restaurant at the Americana in Glendale. The service is excellent. The staff is attentive and friendly without hovering over you. Having grown up in Mexico City, blessed with parents who were epicurean, I 've had trouble finding a Mexican place where the food is really Mexican! Frida reminds me of a fine Mexico City restaurant."

"Last month we had sung at Frida on two other inmates and thought it would be a great place to take Mother on Saturday for Mother's Day (Since Mexican people always celebrate Mother's Day on 10. The two previous occasions I had tried 2 separate dishes and welcomed the opportunity to share my taste with my family. I recommended a dish to Mom and Dad and my wife continued to order something new to try. The meal was described as "filet mignon butterflied with usual sides, including a mol enchilada". To our surprise the record was brought out with “Skirt Steak”. When I informed the waiter, he said he would get one of the main people. I talked to the lead person and went on to the difference between Rock Steak who was on the record of my wife and Filet Mignon who was on Dad's record. He said he'd get the manager. The manager continued to come to the table and ask if there was a problem I answered, there was no problem that we just wanted to load the reasonable price for Rock Steak (which was a similar dish available on the menu. The manager assured me that there was no problem going forward and enjoying our dinner. We continued to finish our dinner and get an invoice that had the wrong price based on the manager's concession. When I approached the manager with regard to the Bill error, he told me that there was no mistake and that Rock Steak and Filet Mignon are only differently prepared for the same cut of beef. I told him that Rock Steak and Filet Mignon come from different parts of the cow. I told him that I did not try to get something free and that I was satisfied with the meal that it was simply not fair to pay Filet mignon price escaped when Rock Steak was offered and reminded him that he had already agreed at the price on our table. The manager seemed to be disturbed by my questioning and did not seem satisfied with me to give a fair price. He finally made the adjustment, but I don't think he ever understood why he did it. The manager has very poor negotiating skills and customer service skills, let alone any knowledge of beef cuts and food preparation."
