"This really wasn’t up to Texas standards, I had the ribs and they were tasty, but so covered with sauce so it was hard to evaluate the quality of the smoke. They were tender and moist. I had the cole slaw and it was homemade and tasty. The potato salad and cornbread were OK also. My partner wanted sausage, but they didn't have any. She ended up ordering a pulled pork sandwich which was OK. She asked the server for some onions, but was told they didn't have any even though the server observed there were onions in the slaw and coleslaw, I guess it was just too much trouble for her to go to the kitchen and get some for us. In summary: a decent meal with nothing outstanding and below par service."

"Very friendly staff and great food. This location is much better than some of the others I've been to, particularly those in Pennsylvania, so I was pleasantly surprised. They didn't actually have what I first ordered but were super willing to edit other items to get me something similar and cheaper"

"People told me that the chicken was very good, so I had a while back and thought it was OK, but not so good. Last week I got a chicken BTL from there and it was terrible. The roll was a bit stale, the chicken had no taste and was very chewing, the bacon tasted fine, but was so fat it was too chew, I had to spit it out because I couldn't chew it up, it was like bubble gum, the salad was the whole white part of the salad and the tomatoes were smooshy. Everything was missing in taste and it was hard to swallow. I only hate half and gave up. I was disappointed."
