"Queued for a bottle of irnbrew to drink while waiting for my train, which was marked clearly on the shelf by name and was £2.19, when the server scanned the bottle it came up as £2.40 i told him it was clearly marked with the name from the bottle but he insisted i was wrong, when i asked a woman waiting in the queue to confirm the price she did, and the server was very rude, saying "well i 'm telling you it 's marked wrong, so i said i didn 't want it anymore, he looked shocked, but reluctantly returned my fiver which was in his hand, after walking away i witnessed another person in the queue arguing with him too"

"As it was a rainy day the place was very quiet compared to normal. However, the service from the bar staff was just appalling. I ordered a spritz from the summer cocktail menu but the barman didn't seem to know what it was despite showing him a number of times. I don't know what he made me but it wasn't what I asked for and I'm pretty sure it had no alcohol in it. The second time I went to the bar there was nobody there. I tried to catch the eye of one of the waitresses serving food, but she did all she could to ignore me. A few other people arrived at the bar and we all stood about not knowing what to do. Eventually the barman emerged from wherever he had been hiding and had a long chat with the waitress, before ambling behind the bar again to take orders. No smiles, no apologies, no eye contact, nothing. If you want to have locals make up your trade out of season or when the sun's not out, you need to do better than this."

"It took awhile to get seated even though we arrived in plenty of time. Got looked at a couple of times and I was about to get a little assertive and then we finally were shown to our table! My friends were very excited as they've never been to a Korean BBQ before. The food was good KFC could have been a bit more crunchy and the staff were friendly."

"We had no booking, and we will get a takeaway, but decided to eat in the restaurant. some of the freshest sushi I've ever had. sushi is my absolute favorit and yokohama disappointed not. enjoyed it so much that I almost jump down to hear that I'm in the delivery service! the personal was pleasant, courteous and very attentive. so friendly and helpful."

"Lovely place for a quiet drink. I really like Half Cup in fact, having had a hot cup of coffee in the morning, I went back in the afternoon for something a little stronger'. It is elegant and feels unhurried. People are quietly working on their laptops, or chatting, but it has a calm ambience which is just what I was looking for so near to Kings Cross! I will make it a regular on my trips up to town!"

"Went there yesterday for a chill Wednesday night. Although the restaurant was full it didn't bother us, as the music was relaxing and the staff did the best to serve us. The food was good but what caught my attention was the delicious caramel sponge desert. Will definitely go back to try the rest of the deserts."

"Popped in to have a nice sushi lunch and picked up a salmon sushi box. The rice in the Maki rolls was dense, glutinous and barely edible. The texture was like thick wall paper paste. I return the box to the staff at the counter...who were unhelpful and offered me no response. Never will I visit a Wasabi Sushi chain again."
