"Visiting Lucban can't be complete without trying their famous miki noodles. We ordered 7 different noodles (as suggested by the cashier), 7 burgers, 1.5 coke, 7 cups, and service water. it took 50 minutes for our orders to be served plus 7 cups of rice and the coke was missing. We tried to return the rice because each serving of noodles is good for 2 persons and we can't bring it without us (we don't like to pay corkage fee on our next hotel stop and we have already scheduled places to eat). They insisted that we need to take the rice because we ordered it, I told them I never said "7 cups of rice" but "7 cups". It was a miscommunication and we suggested that they can offer the rice to other customers since it was not yet on our table but the staffs argued that they can't do that. three of the staffs alternatingly came to our table asking us to take that rice which is very disturbing when were eating.ahh.. the staff should sense that we were so hungry.. we told them that they can have it if they want but again they insisted that we have it for takeout. one thing more, we ordered a box of yema cake before we proceeded to our table and we requested to be sliced into 7 parts and they just unboxed and delivered it. inefficient service. the staff or the waiter should have delivered the cake with a cake cutter because it took 10 minutes for the knife to be delivered. the 2nd floor where we ate was so hot. we left the place unhappy and unsatisfied. wheres "the customer's always right"?I wish that this incident will not happen to others and the team should improve their customer service skills."
