"Usually awesome food, clean cheerful atmosphere.We have also ordered ahead and picked up, which is what we did today. Usually awesome, it's so handy to order ahead!Unfortunately this time we were missing some stuff from our order Pico de Gallo and ranch that we requested, and also the burger we ordered had a very soggy bun.I did not care for the chef salad, especially with no ranch.And we had to wait quite awhile, I guess it was rush hour.But everything else was good in our order, hot and tasted great as always!"

"The food is good, if you can get it fresh. Saisho uses a buzzer system to let patrons know their food is ready, and the odds of the buzzers working are dicey at best. We have had consistently poor experiences here due to buzzers not working and food sitting for too long, and employees are not friendly. We like the food, but after having tried Saisho around 6 or 7 times and more than half of those times being bad, I'm calling it quits. You can go to other places in Monett with more consistently good service and food."

"I don't normally leave a review after one visit but you can tell by the quality and fresh ingredients this place uses they care about their restaurant. I had the Chicken BLT and homemade chips my sister had the Chicken tenders, coleslaw, and fries. The only thing that was not fresh ingredient was the fries and they were good quality. Everything we had was very good,service was great, and the restaurant Including the bathroom was very clean. Yes our meals were $15 and $16 and the wait was longer than most places but expected with the quality and freshness of our meals. I wish more people understood that what it takes for good food. I hope they never compromise to lower prices and or service times."
