"We had a 4pm reservation and were sat at a large clean picnic table perfectly distanced. We ordered 2 ciders from our phone as soon as we sat down per instructions due to Covid. Then we waited... and waited... and waited. When I caught a waitress on her way by she told me she’d check on our drinks but the average wait time was between 35-40 minutes.. for 2 ciders at a location that specializes in cider!?? It was 31 minutes after the order was placed that the 2 ciders were delivered by a server that didn’t even make eye contact with us and certainly didn’t apologize for the wait (I am sure he heard it all day and was likely just feeling defeated). We honestly didn’t stay for dinner because the wait was absolutely ridiculous. What made us even more annoyed was you pay on your phone in advance, they automatically add a tip and then basically hold you hostage while you wait 30+ minutes for one drink with no apology. We got our two ciders and left.. I understand there are pains associated with “the new normal” but there were so many waitresses standing around and only bringing out one tables drinks at a time that it was clear there was no hustle and whoever was pouring the ciders was either unorganized and understaffed. Also on our way out I overheard someone telling a customer that “there were absolutely no refunds” because someone couldn’t wait any longer!"
