"My family and I love the Dam Smokehouse! I dream about their brisket and my 8 year old says he’s never had a better ‘melt in your mouth’ chicken nugget! It’s his favorite restaurant. He asks to go here all the time!!"

"Had a very disappointing supper from chicken delight tonight. I ordered the bone in ribs and Caesar salad for $15. I asked for the ribs to be half lemon pepper and half honey garlic. They came to me plain. There were no sauces in the bag including other KB sauces we ordered for another meal. My Cesar salad came wilted, soggy, and warm (mind you we live about 5 mins away from CD). I also ordered a poutine and barely any came in the box… it was barely even 1/4 full. I decided to call and let them know that my ribs came unseasoned/ unsauced and the lady began to argue with me saying it was the chefs fault and that he couldn’t add both lemon pepper and honey garlic in the box together… that’s why they came to me plain with nothing on the side. I had to ask what was going to be done about it because we spent $65 on two meals.. she said she would get the delivery driver to bring the lemon pepper seasoning and honey garlic sauce for me to do it myself.. not even a remake of it or partial refund or anything.. It’s been 30 minutes and still no sign of the delivery driver. My meal is now cold and I’m disappointed in the service and food."
