"The place itself is run-down and out of date, but let's talk about their food.

The establishment has been around for decades since it started with its Binondo Branch.

I first noticed it when they opened a stall at Robinson Magnolia's food court but never took notice until I found myself hungry and wandering in Banawe after hours of studying.

Back to the food. Their chicken has this umami-msg smell to it with a light crispy and bubbly batter. It was a balance of peppery, sweet and salty. They cut them up into smaller pieces so more of that batter coated every piece. It comes with a gravy that has a star-anise and 5-spice taste. The meat is always tender and juicy, fresh out of the fryer but they let it rest and allow the oil to drip out.

I either get their special machang or Kiampong rice on the side. Oyster pancake can be too fishy for some, but theirs is definitely filled with a handful of oysters and less flour/cake compared to others. Their radish cake is another good side dish. As for price, definitely worth it. You'd be paying less for a chicken meal from Jollibee or KFC and yes, they deliver."

"Classic fried chicken with a sweet brown sauce that is unique mutsarap. her tagline mura na, tsalap pa can no longer be true to mura . whole han is at 420pesos, but it is surely great, delicate and tasteful. the panzit was a bit dry, but had enough toppings. make sure to drop some calamansi. recommended."

"You know that feeling when you just want to eat home cooked meals? Well i suggest you try this place. As you enter this place it oozes that charm where you feel safe. Food was delicious and worth the price. By the end of our meal we were full and our bill was around 2k. There were five of us and we ordered sizzling oyster, stuffed tofu, fresh abalone, calamaris, fried rice, salt and pepper spearibs, and chicken liver stew. All in all good food, somewhat good service and the pricing was on point."

"Honestly, Jollibee is my favorite fast food chain in the Philippines. Sadly, a cashier really struck my attention and i'm here writing a, unfortunately, bad review.

Service is outstanding. Ambiance is and always will be jolly. I just really "admire" what this cashier had to say to my face.

Around 6:20 AM, I was finished ordering and I handed my HappyPlus card and two senior citizen IDs because my parents were there with me (dad- 80, mom- 75). This cashier asked me, "Ma'am, na saan po si sila?" I pointed to the table at my back and said, "Nandoon Ate." Apparently, she only saw my dad so she repeated this question twice. I got really offended because i am definitely NOT one of those people who use that priviledge card even if the owner isn't around or isn't with me.
I angrily replied, "Ate, nandoon sila sa likod ko. Tinuro ka na. Huwag mo naman isipin na kukunin ko yung 20% discount para sa akin lang. Nakaka-offend talaga, Miss."
She replied, "Sorry ma'am pero yung kasi bilin ng manager namin."
Since i already am hot headed, i replied, "Sinabihan kayo ng manager na magduda sa mga customer ninyo?"
I storm off to my table and wait for my order. I was really surprised by this and i didn't expect that to happen. Maybe i was having a bad day, maybe the cashier was. Either way, she didn't have to offend or accidentally address the threat to me."

"Shakey's suddenly boom couple of years ago. One of my go-to's for Midnight Snack.

I like their Palm Card than Pizza Hut because you get to have a discount whenever you dine with them. Plus a birthday treat.

Favorites: Angus Steakhouse Pizza and Mojos.

Their pasta is not that good."
