"Great food at very reasonable prices. The BBQ baby back ribs were delicious and fell off the bone. The pulled pork and cornbread were delicious too. The only complaint is that their craft beer is a little lacking. With White Lion and Two Weeks right around the corner, they could have some of their stuff on tap or in cans."

"Seriously the best meal I?ve ever had. At least to the best of my memory!! Granted I also was very hungry going in but What I experienced is what I experienced. I got the mac mac burger and it was truthfully the best burger I?ve ever had. To the best of my memory. I also got Mac and cheese which was the best I?ve ever had. I also got roasted veggies, mashed potatoes and gravy and the peach pie with vanilla ice cream. These were incredibly delicious too. I was so freaking impressed at how much I enjoyed each dish!!! The waitress was very kind and helpful. She has a phenomenal memory too. No pin or pad to write down complex order and she nailed it, it was perfect. I literally thought to myself ?i hope these people in here don?t take this place for granted.? I?m just passing through. Anyways, thank you for the great food and experience!!"

"Della J’s has consistently good, fresh, soul food at a reasonable price. The portions are generous and I have never been disappointed by everything I tried on the menu. The staff is able to order or enter the takeover. I got the catfish a few times. The Brussels sprouts are at the top. The sweet potatoes and Mac and cheese are a must when you feel overwhelmed by the options. This is the place where you come for the first time with the family so you can try a little of everything the menu has to offer. The trip to Springfield is definitely worth it."

"Short stay in Springfield and saw Carter's advertised in local magazine. We're always up for fish. Ordered swai, pollock, and catfish with fried green tomatoes, hush puppies. Wow! Lots of food! The 3 of us have enough for another meal! All was seasoned really well, served hot. Staff were friendly. It is a pick up and eat somewhere else location so if you're looking to dine in, this wouldn't be the place."
