"One learns to have lowered and reasonable expectations for a townie joint. Talk of the Town sets a new low. This is a bar, with bar food, bar service, and bar quality. I live and work within a mile of TotT. I’ve eaten there about once a month for at least a decade. About a year ago, new ownership took over and things seemed to take an upward turn for a while. But it didn’t last. Now TotT is just nasty and boring. The food is painfully average and the service is deteriorating precipitously. The LAST time I ate there was for their new Sunday brunch. The limited fare was bland, boring, greasy and grossly overpriced at around $18 per person. There were also some “irregularities” in the bill – double charging for soft drinks and inconsistent sales tax charged. With Barley’s Brewhaus next door and so many other restaurants in close proximity, there is absolutely no reason to eat at this washed-up old haunt anymore."

"Big grill! her white sauce is so good. they swapped the pulled gay for burnt ends on the boulevard fries! I think they have the best drawn gay, it is perfectly fed so they don't need so much, but they will still want some!"

"Our server was Amazing!!!!! The nachos were tasty but really dry. My friends had to order queso and be charged for it to make them right. Ended up being nachos when ground beef and the extra queso was added. Yikes! Would love to see a Reuben on the sandwich menu and darker beer selections for October on tap"

"I came to Jack Stack to pickup food for a lunch with friends. This place has a really nice variety of meats and side on their menu more variety that many BBQ joints. This is really a more fine dining experience, but I was just there for takeout. We really enjoyed the food at our lunch."

"Food good Service good Ambiance it's a bar and grill Had the smoke house burger tasty but fell apart Fries are good For appetizer I can recommend the fried goat cheese with pesto sauce No longer on the Menu is the Goyte burger (burger with goat cheese) that was a nice combo. Plenty of Beer Selection here including NA beer like Wellbeing Wheat and a few more."
