"Meatloaf was good but could have stayed in oven for 10 more minutes to cook inside some more, was very good but burnt around the edges and on the top. Apples and okra were perfect, and the biscuits were incredible as usual with the whipped butter and honey. Incredible meal and will eat this meal again soon. Excellent!!!"

"Today I tried Funderburks for the 2nd time and I doubt I will EVER go back. I purchased the pork chop dinner. Sides are okay but this pork chop so thin it's crazy and they have so much breader that's all you can taste they should really be ashamed definitely not worth $17.00 Tips to the owner don't buy this thin pork chop. It's hard to find good quality soul food these days!"

"First of all, how do you charge a customer 3% for using their debit card? That's thievery. Also, their take-out is SUPER slow. No way in the world Broiled Salmon takes 30 minutes. Smh I will NOT be back!!!!! I can back here to edit my first review. I ordered broiled salmon and Mac and cheese (because they were out of baked potatoes). LISTEN!!!! The food was HORRIBLE!!!!! The Mac and cheese tasted powdery. Middle school Mac and cheese was better. Also, the salmon tasted likemud with tarter sauce. The salad was great though. I wish I could not give any stars because I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!"

"Always love Jake's. The servers are really sweet and very efficient. Happy to accommodate my special diet. I love their breakfast with cheesy eggs and country ham. But they have a great burger and sandwiches, grilled chicken and salads too. It's not usually crowded in the evening and their prices are reasonable. It's a diner at its finest. Simple and delicious!"

I go out of my way to eat here.fast ,hot food cooked on order.corn on the cob does go with fish.great sweet tea and the BEST tarter sauce on earth.sometimes you can add 5 med .fantail shrimp for $1.love the fish .good fried okra as a side.hushpuppys rate #1.check out the specials board as you come in .drive thru stays busy.always been good for me and my other family members.my 92 yr old granny loves it too .a large meal for under $10."
