"We finally went to try it. We like their homey decor. The bathroom decor is hilarious. The food was delicious. We ordered fried green tomatoes, meatloaf with mashed potatoes, chicken fried steak with fried okra, and cheeseburger with mac and cheese. The complimentary bread wasn’t that great."

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. I should’ve left before we even seated ourselves. We sat on the patio and was told that a server would come out and take our order. 25 mins passed no server. So I went inside to see what was the hold up and the heavy set bartender rudely told us “all the servers left”. I have never received such horrible customer service in my life so we politely left. If you don’t have the staff to hold a business down, maybe close of certain areas so you won’t just have people sitting there wasting time."

"Picked up dinner on Thursday at the 288/South Fwy location. After waiting in the drive-thru for 20+ minutes, we checked to see if we had all of the food, we did and left. When we arrived home, the chicken tenders were overcooked, dark, hard, and crunchy.Burgers were overcooked and on the wrong bun, onions were not grilled, one burger had excessive amounts of mayo. We called thenight manager, took him a bit to come on the line, he requested that we send him pictures of the food. We did. He asked if wecould come back before 9 pm to bring the food back. We explained we were 20 minutes away and couldn 't make it before 9 pm. Hesaid he 'd share the picks with the general manager who would call us the next morning. GM says sorry, you should have brought itback last night. We explained they would be closed before we could make it back that night. GM said we should have checked thefood before we left the restaurant. He offered no apology and was rude and condescending. Message well received! If you 're notprepared to do his mgmt. team 's job for them and ensure his staff properly prepares your food. (Now I 'm quality control) or maketwo trips to his slow food drive thru, Keep driving!! 2nd time this has happened. I 'm done thanks"

"I ate here and it was excellent! The young waitress fought something, but could be new. The food was excellent. For the first time, I'm a Canadian who's trying cancer, and you haven't let me down!"
