"Excellent food and cool place. I had food from here, but tonight was my first time in the restaurant. It wasn't very busy and the people who worked there were great chills. It is a cool combination of solid BBQ tariff plus technology such as electronic menu and Apple Pay. The bride was divine and the portions were generous. The pages were fine and I am still mentally debating the banana pudding. I will definitely go back to try more things, including breakfast."

"My wife and I shared a rack of the amazing baby back ribs and had several sides to go with them. The ribs were very tender, virtually falling off the bones, and the sauce they have is just right with a hint of tang. The sides were all excellent. Ihighly, highly recommend the corn on the cob and the onion rings. Save room for dessert! They have most excellent pies,including pecan and apple. The cornbread muffins are fantastic. southern style. The place is run by the two owners. They arevery pleasant and accommodating. I understand these folks are from Texas, and they know their barbecue! The portions are BIG.They really spoil you here. We had to take some home, and the stuff was all outstanding the next day, too! BEST barbecue in townby a long shot. I hope they stay here forever, because this is just what we need."

"We had not been to Aqua Blue for quite a while, but when looking for a place in the nearby area (to avoid long distance driving on New Year 's Eve we decided to revisit Aqua Blue. The food options were good. One of our friends has Celiac and has to eat Gluten Free, and that was accommodate nicely. The salmon was very good, the short ribs excellent (but the root vegetables served with were OK and my friends ' dishes looked good as well. They were out of one of the desserts (and we were early for seatings so it was not because it got ordered up earlier and the coffee on the first round had to be sent back it looked like weak tea. The low point for us was that our very nice and very friendly waitress was obviously a heavy smoker and every visit to our table was just gross. I 'm a former smoker, and I understand what that 's like but when you 're serving high end food and wine, please buy some Febreeze or something to use after a smoke break. It put a damper on the evening. The waitress told us that the restaurant would be closing for a couple of months for renovation. I might try it again on a non Holiday just to compare."

"If you are looking for a below par BBQ joint, this is ur spot. With decor old as my grandparents, confederate flags hanging on the wall, and an empty dining room with creepy lighting...This place has me paying almost $20 for a JUMBO Sandwich tray (Sandwich, Fries, Mac N Cheese, Drink).I was thrown for a loop from the beginning when my food that was listed on the menu for $12 rang up for around $20.I was starving so I moved past this and said ehh f it.The tray came out and surprisingly, the sandwich was not JUMBO. Instead it was about 3/4 full of meat, dry, and just not very tasty at all. The brisket tasted like it had been smoked last week and kept in the fridge. It had little taste.I was not the happiest, but I thought surely dousing it in BBQ sauce should do the trick. That BBQ sauce wasn 't saving a damn thing. I tried them both. No luck with either.The sides were miserable. I ate what I could and threw the rest away.I also littered in their parking lot when I was leaving.Place is a trash can."

"Beautiful job of remodeling this location and new management. Front line cashier has been working there at least 8 year's. Love the broiled Salmon with no seasoning (my request) and I spread butter on it. All their deserts are tasty. Splurge!!! Ice tea is always good."
