"Once a cozy , friendly place I often went to for decades.This time I asked for a table for myself and two visitors. The guy at the counter rudely said the menu is on the wall, order and pick up here . Can we sit downstairs? The menu is on the wall, order and pick up here . Turns out there is no longer waitstaff, you find or share a table, everything is plastic (utensils, cups, dinner boxes), the salad is soggy and dressing terrible, the food not close to its previous incarnation and they don 't even inform you when your order in the plastic bag is ready. I was embarrassed I took friends there and will never return. The only good thing at this fast food location was that they didn 't ask if everything was O.K. I miss the Pines! "Valentines Day date we love ZaZa’s. This evening was as most excellent particularly considering it was very busy. The sauce on one of our dishes did seemed to have been overlooked not added. This was a disappointment for the correction/sauce came as the dry pasta was almost gone using the moisture of the clams. Though occasionally these things happen anywhere."
