"We had a child friendly and fast service for a Sunday lunch. The chef was flexible to provide noodles with vegetables only and it was helpful. Food was tasty. Loo is downstairs and the facility can be improved. Those with unsteady feet need to be careful."

"A little puzzled by this place. We went a year ago when it was Duende and thought it was AMAZING, great friendly service, and lovely food. But going there the second time recently, albeit we were early, we honestly felt like we had gate crashed a private (staff only) party and weren't wanted there at all. We were so excited to eat there again but ended up leaving as were dealt with very off handedly/ sarcastically, largely ignored and there was a very strange atmosphere going on. We felt rather bad to leave before ordering but summoned up the courage and went to Polpo and had a top notch evening with excellent food and really lovely service. Not sure what's going on at Encant but whatever it is, it's a pity as it used to be excellent."

"Gorgeous decor and great customer service. I'd recommend coming here for oysters and drinks but I'm not too sure about really dining here. The menu wasn't as expensive as we anticipated but nothing on the menu sounded really appealing . They've overcomplicated some classics here so I'd stick to the oysters- which were divine btw ! And served at the perfect temperature and not on ice which we loved. You could really taste them ! X Bellini was a little bit too frothy for my personal taste, my friend had champagne and gave it a 10/10. Truffle chips were also incredibly moreish."

"We booked the Brooklyln Bowl for an early dinner before we see a gig. The advantages were that we surpassed the queue for the venue and despite the first act on stage, before we were finished, we could still enjoy the music as the open screen between the restaurant and the elevated stage. It's a little dark! The food was on the expensive side for what it was, but very good. I had the fried chicken, swallowed potatoes and boiled veg, for Pommes and Coleslaw. When the chicken arrived, it had pommes and boiled veg! This was quickly fixed and the Koleslaw came. My partner has the pulled pig and explained it "very good". We both enjoyed a beer and an apple wine and the meal came over £40, so not the cheapest. Overall, however, I gave it a very good assessment for the joy of being so 'on the top' of the gig, and we would visit again on this basis."
