"Some restaurants just get their theme, about convincing you of what they are. Lombards gets it- it feels like you’ve been taken right to Fisherman’s Wharf in San Fran as you walk into this elegant, nautical setup. If you don’t want to sit inside surrounded by the charming aquatic touches, you can also sit on the back patio where you have a great view of part of the theme park- because this restaurant is right in the middle of Universal Studios. The food was good. Not great, but good enough, especially for the standard bite you find in the theme parks. I got a shrimp cobb salad and I really enjoyed it, they loaded it with all the toppings which makes for a great salad. By far the best part of eating here though we’re the workers. Everyone was so awesome- right when we walked in we were enthusiastically greeted by Rosemarie at the hostess stand, and she wore a wide, wonderful smile. Our waitress April took a little longer to know, but the more you talked to her the more enjoyable it really was to be served by her. If you want to eat here, try to check in swiftly- there’s usually quite a long wait time because it’s actually a sit down and dine place instead of fast food."

"I am not a fan of Chinese or Japanese food but went in there with friends who do. They also have American style food and seafood as well as a salad and vegetable bar so I was able to enjoy a lunch along with my friends. Price was great also."

"I went with my boyfriend to this location after I loved my first experience with my friends! We came in right as the manager was handling a large group attempting to pull a short change scam; she handled it very professionally. Although we came in close to closing time, the manager offered to stay with us until we finished the raw oysters and crawfish boil we ordered. Both the cajun and special seasoning (Mr. Mrs. Crab special) are delicious! I would recommend this entire seafood chain because I went to another location, and the food quality and service were consistently excellent."
