"I went there at like 1pm and it was packed. It is probably a rush hour for them, but despite of that everything was fast, service and food. I ordered a sweet and sour which was excellent. The only thing that I didn’t like is finding a parking at this place. I don’t know why there are so many cars there, but it was a challenge."

"Delicious!. More food than I can eat and enough food for my husband (who eats a lot) to leave feeling very full. The food is flavorful, the vegetables tender, and the meats not at all overcooked. Doesn't look like much from outside, but who cares... best value in Japanese food you can find."

"1/30/2016 - I think Shono's is a hidden gem. The times I've been in, there's not a crowd of people and the food is cooked to order (Hibachi style). I disagree with the food being dry and flavorless - the fried rice and chicken entree is quite good.<br>

Service is a bit slow but the food is prepared when ordered, so the food quality is much better than one would see on a buffet. The meals are reasonably priced and two meals ran $22.50 which is pretty decent.<br>

I'd like to see a bit better lettuce (no white sections) in the ginger salad and the shrimp sauce a bit sweeter (instead of horseradish based). But overall, a good eat."

"I have an online order from the fuhouse knoxville website that came to google. I wanted to pick up my order and they had no command. they said the website I didn't use the order on them anymore. I would not have been able to know that since I received a confirmation number for the collection. I told them to disable this website and they told me to send them an email. that is not my money! They offered no excuse or tried to speed up my order so that they do not get 1 cent of my geld forward."
