"Beautiful corner with large bay windows to observe people while sitting comfortably inside. The food came fast. I was in 20 minutes, Tops. But I could have stayed. It wasn't awfully busy while I was there, maybe 5 tables, I had only somewhere else I had to be. Portion size is average. The object that stood me was the hot soup. It really had a nice smokey taste and the small scalion shrimp on the top was a great burst of taste that perfectly complicated the base of the soup. Was really impressed with the soup. I ordered fried rice with my kung pao chicken. Fried rice was a bit dry, but not bad. The main actress was on average. I had better, but I had worse. Overall was not bad. Price was appropriate for this area and place was clean and service was friendly. (Note: My criticism of these Chinese restaurants is high as I make a point to try them whenever and where I see one. I was on over 40 in Southern California."
