"We placed a nearly $150. order last night for take out.. I waited 40 min. at the bar for the food to be prepared. Never offered so much as a drink of water while waiting (and this was on a Tuesday night when town was not very busy). Staff needed to check the order 3x by taking it out of the bags to make sure everything was included. I observed a gentleman coming in and saying clearly Pick up order for Bob . He was shown the way to the toilet. There are some communication problems here. Food was good, though over priced for Chinese. It needs to be pointed out that Henry 's uses an outside vendor for their on-line order app. If you order on line, expect approximately a 10% service fee. As other reviewers have noted, by not answering their phone, Henry 's forces patrons to their on line app. Also, the time slide does not give accurate predictions of when your food will be ready for pick up."

"I've had meals several times here, every time, we ended up eating somewhere else afterwards. There's no flavor. Where are the seasonings? I like patronizing local businesses, please do better. please don't argue in front of customers, keep it professional. It was so uncomfortable."

"One of my favorite places in Blagden Alley. Amazing food and great, distinct drinks! All the dishes I had tended to have a slightly sweet aftertaste, which was definitely new to me in terms of Chinese/Hong Kong restaurants I?ve been to. "I order from China Town on Door dash all the time and they are fabulous. I brought my mom there today to dine in and we both loved our meals. It's a better carry out than dine though. I highly recommend their food. Their General Tso chicken is the best I've ever had!"
