"We were visiting NY and read an article about this restaurant. They don't take reservations. When we arrived we were told it was a 2 hour wait. Normally I wouldn't wait 2 hours for pizza. We gave our name and walked around and came back. Glad we did!!!! It was awesome. It's a small place but the staff was awesome. The pizza selections were great. We loved the crust. Nice and thin! The Burrata was our favorite the meatballs were delicious! We would go back again."

"Paulie's makes a strong drink, but what really made me keep coming year after year around spring/summer is because a lot of people aren't aware that they have a rooftop option that looks spectacular at night. Once they open around 7PM, they will walk you out of the building to a different entrance with an elevator. Once you're up, you have a breath-taking view of the Manhattan Skyline and some really strong, cold drinks to enjoy it with. They also put a lot of their drinks into a bag, which makes for a really interesting experience in and of itself."
