"The service was friendly and did put in their variety of salsas as asked, but that 's all I can say that 's good. I had heard good things about this restaurant and I 've lived here on and off for my whole life so I wanted to try it. I ordered cheese quesadillas (no meat and I asked to try their homemade hot sauce. I also asked about a diabla (not diablo ????? hot sauce a friend had told me was extra hot there that I wanted to try, but was told they don 't have that, and that they never have. It 's strange because my friend is from here, lives here, eats tgere, and says they do! That was confusing. I picked the order up within 15 mins tops after I ordered (they had said it 'll be ready in 10 . It included a wilted pico de gallo (which everywhere else I 've eaten here in N NM has had fresher or non soggy pico de gallo , an interesting green salsa (creamy ????? , and their red was Tapatío (packaged sauce . They did serve with avocado slices and sour cream on the side (the avocado was fresh, that was nice , but also bacon on the side?? It just was very unappetizing. The thing that bugged me the most was the quesadilla was cold and the cheese barely melted. And the funky salsa selection. And this is in New Mexico? Was very surprised and underwhelmed. Maybe the other dishes there are different and better, but I don 't plan to be back and I love to support local businesses. Plus, I 'm not a vegetarian, but what is up with the bacon when I asked for cheese only?! Lol overall, it just wasn 't worth the money. Except the bacon (which I didn 't ask for : and the avocado!"

"The guy Anthony at the register was very rude. When I was in line I told all of them that they were doing a great job. I have had bad experiences in the past with bad service lately, I didn't tell them I had a bad experiences in the past. When asking for my pickup order Anthony told me I didnt have a order. Anthony asked me what the number I called from. He found my wifes number on the order. But didnt want to give me the order because it was not the name the order. After minutes Anthony started to argue with me.Then the manager said. Get him out and give him his order. Get him out because he is hung angry. Why would I pay for a order that I know what was ordered and offer to pay for. Never again. Ever going back. Both should be canned. I will share my bad experience in the beautiful Espanola Valley. Don't get me wrong we have loved Lotaburger our whole life. Something has to change."

"Stopped here for some local breakfast burritos on our way home from Santa Fe. We got there right as they opened and it took about ten minutes to get three burritos. The vibe is amazing, love that the woman was dancing inside- you can taste the love in the food. If I lived in the area, this would be a frequented spot of mine :"

"We tried several things on the menu and we were impressed with them all. I never expected to find great Italian food in New Mexico but we did. The staff were friendly and attentive. Everything was made fresh and the tea was really good. The art work one the wall was really cool too, Great job guys!"
