"Three of us had a truly enjoyable lunch on a shaded patio overlooking a small stream. We each had the Menu du Jour which included a great salad plate with charcuterie for starters, then we all chose the veal that included French fries and a vegetable. We finished with a dessert. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful, even though they did not speak English. The final total was 15 euros per person, a great value for everything we had."

"We ended up eating here as it was still open and serving food at 14:30 a massive good point. And they had a high chair, really quite unusual in this part of France. However... Slow food can be great it is just better to have the wait after the food has been served rather than before your order has been taken. And forgotten. Balsamic dressing is not something I have previously thought of as a labour saving device but here it is used to hide the fact that washing the mud off lettuce is too onerous."
