"No hair nets are used, huge hygiene concern with people who have super long hair past their knees, my dad's soda was green and tasted like chemicals, my soda was completely flat, they didn't listen when I asked for a toy for under three, they forgot her milk and then gave me the wrong kind. Customer service was unfriendly and poor. They acted like we were annoying them by simply asking for our missing drinks, sauces, and proper toy. Bathrooms were dirty and the hallway to them smelt like cigarettes very strongly."

"Overall I'm comparing this food to other establishments and my personal cooking and I wasn't impressed with it. We actually passed this restaurant while traveling to Joliet and decided to give it a try and it wasn't a good choice. The customer service was good and the environment was good but the food is where they didn't meet expectations. It definitely lacked flavor and I don't even think it was fully cooked. We got the catfish filets and fries and we ended up wasting about half of it. I gave the food three stars because of the quality of the fries the fish was a one or two star. No I don't plan to go back to give it another try and if we weren't driving and eating I would've just asked for a meal replacement.
