"Decided to give McDonald 's a try on Easter afternoon since many other eateries in the area were closed due to Easter. Went through the drive through and the person taking our order seemed efficient and courteous. The trouble started when we arrived at the window to get the food. We were pulled or asked to pull forward and park and they would bring it out. There was another car already pulled. I expressed that this had been a problem for me in the past and I was assured all would be okay and the food would be out soon. They continued to process cars in the drive through and our food was not forthcoming. After several cars being served a gentlemen finally brought our food out (2 quarter pounders with cheese and fries nothing special). When the food came the fries were cold and there were no catsup or salt or napkins. I walked back in and observed several staff joking and talking and not working. They were rude and incredulous when I asked for catsup and condiments. I now remember why I do not frequent McDonald 's and will not make the mistake again."

"We went in last night and had a great meal. We were promptly greeted and taken good care of. We used to visit Freddy's often, but then the service started deteriorating and the dining room was not clean.We just started visiting again and are very pleased with the service and cleanliness. The food was wonderful and everyone was friendly. Look forward to going back!"

"I don't know if all VI's are this good, but this one is always amazing and the people are awesome as well. I haven't had their breakfast in a long time, but their chicken tenders, sandwiches, and burgers are killer. Dine in, pick up, good either way."

"As my husband says, whatever they do right. We love the fish and chips. We travel a lot, try to compare a lot of fish and chips and this is BY FAR the best we have ever tasted!! The fish is tasty, fresh, moist and the dough is just right as Goldilocks would say. It's not a Frills operation. Service is always excellent. We don't even live in the area, but if we're in town, it's a must!"

"Everything we ordered was delicious! The portions are big and the burgers and sandwiches were built high. The sodas are very good as well. The coconut lime and cherry lime were my favorite! The staff are very sweet and the chef even came out to makesure our food came out well. Highly recommend!"
