"I cant not express this enough, if you have in any way shape or form a weakened immune system, DO NOT EAT HERE! The owner makes the employees, this includes the cooks and servers, to work even if they are throwing up at work, or have a fever. The owner will tell you to just thow up in the bathroom, or in a trashcan, and just throw the bag out when your done and keep working. This is absolutely a terrible place to work, and even worse place to eat."

"The burgers are delicious and the entrees are good as well. We have spent no less than 40 each time we go and today we spent 70 and the sides were disappointing, maybe it's been the covid. The house made chips weren't even seasoned and not very good and the mac and cheese is literally Kraft. The sides arent all that great."

"I ordered beef tacos and the beef was bland and absolutely no taste, very dry and flakey. The rice and beans had no taste at all and was watery. Overall it was not Mexican style at all. The eggs were hard, the ham was bland and the syrup wasn’t even hot. I would rate 0 but it didn’t have the option. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!! ."

"My spouse and I went to Zooks for lunch while in town visiting relatives. The waitress, who was dressed in her pajamas and old beaten up, filthy uggs, really didn't want to be working. I ordered a raspberry latte and my husband ordered a coffee. I received something that tasted like chai, but definitely not raspberry. Hubby's coffee had a piece of plastic floating in it. Yuck. He ordered pancakes and while ok, tasted like cheap mix out if a box. I ordered the soup of day along with a Swiss and mushroom burger. The soup, tomato basil, was so salty neither one of us could eat more than one spoonful. The burger was so dry, that we think it was pre-cooked and reheated. It was crumbling it was so dry. Our waitress never came back to check on us. In fact, she didn't even deliver our food, some young man came out if the kitchen with our dishes and started to go from table to table asking who ordered pancakes. My husband finally started to wave his arms. What lousy service. We waited for our bill, which never came and finally went up to the counter and asked our very bored waitress how much we owed for our food.For the first time in my life I did NOT leave a tip. Avoid this place!"
