"Service was awesome, Ugalde's omelet was great. I ordered the omelet with bacon grits, crispy hash browns and a biscuit. The biscuit was a hamburger bun with butter on top... The hash browns were... mushy. And I never did get the bacon. They did remakethe hash browns and they were literally charred on the edges and still mushy. ??????????? And they replace the hamburger bunwith sourdough toast... The toast was great. Robin, my waitress, worked very hard to try and correct everything and was one ofthe few shining stars in this experience. They did not charge me for the bacon ???? and gave a small discount for the hash browncombo. Plenty of other places for me to try next time I'm in Wabash. I won't be back to The Fried Egg."
