"Stopped this restaurant last evening for eat in Swiss Chalet chicken (multiple brand outlet). The staff managed to lose our receipt, which tells them what the order is. They kept telling us we must have taken it off the the tray when another customer brought...the ticket up and asked is this what you are looking for? the staff had put his order on our tray as well as his order. The chicken was very dry and over cooked. No butter with the rolls even though it was requested twice. A member of our party ordered tea. They said they 'd bring it to the table. As we finished dinner we went back to the counter and asked about the tea they had no idea what we were talking about. The place wasnt clean. Napkin despensers were empty we had to ask for them at the counter. There were more staff than customers so I 'm uncertain why they were struggling to deliver even a minimum level of service. Worst Swiss Chalet experience I 've ever had. Disappointing! Somebody needs to clean house figuratively and literally!"

"I brought my wife for a mid morning breakfast to enjoy a meal and enjoy the view, the view was great, the food was awful, packaged hollandaise, salty and chalkie, frozen potatoes. How difficult is it to create good food. Won't go back and definately won't recommend."
