"Unfortunately, it has now also come so far in saarbrücken that you have to find a restaurant that is open on Monday. at least if it should not be a jack, but a decent one. on the occasion of her birthday yesterday our daughter wanted to lead the family to eat and my wife literally called the finger until we finally got a table for the evening in the Tabacs mill. our first choice was not the tabacs mill, but our usual gastronomic outlet points, even those beyond the border, were either closed or depleted. when we arrived here with five people (daughter, son-in-law, son-in-law, my wife and I) the beer garden was full; there was nothing more for us, but at least we didn't have to sit in the so-called halle, which I absolutely hate, but came down in the right smaller dining room. on the first table, but directly opposite the tresen. we would have been back. environment: simple in a brewhouse. the most beautiful it is in the summer outside in the beer garden with view of the tabacsweiher. otherwise I have turned to the environment in previous reports and here well-meaned three stars to give. cleanliness: there is nothing to complain about; three and a half stars. service: the service force did us really sorry; four people who literally ran the hacks were on the stake yesterday. with full beer garden and many guests in the interior, that is just too little. the waiting times, with us on the table on which a young lady was responsible, were of course also long to very long. it took a long time before the menus were there, and for a longer time we had to wait for the ordered feeds. apparently there was also a tight fit in the kitchen. we have made good miene a bad game, but hardly any left. for our maids did them as much as possible and do not lose their good mood at all this, I forgive half a star extra and therefore land on three and a half stars for the service area. 1 (0,5l eur 4,20) apple juice choir (0,5l eur 4,40) malt beer (0,33l eur 2,50) and espresso for eur 2,20. our son ordered as the only one an appetizer, namely the heavenly greeting (kartoffel buffer with sliced smoked salmon and sliced salmon for eur 9.80; if it had also been given as a main dish for eur 14,80) and as a main dish the fish salad (bunte leaf salad in vinaigrette with giant vongarnel and salmon). daughter and son-in-law decided after longer consultation together for Wiener schnitzel (sarte kalbsschnitzel, with fresh white brot paniert and golden yellow in the pan fried, pommes frites and supplementsalat; eur 21.00) my wife took the saarbrücker duet (crumbed homemade sausage salad with cows above all, he praised the kartoffel buffer. my wife found nothing at her farm, a cubed variant of the Saarland Trinity (that has nothing to do with besides sausage and bark salate as the third component, nor sliced lily salate). the daughter was satisfied with her foldable carving. to the positive. a man, our son-in-law, was with his sprinkled carving anything but satisfied. he cut a probierhappen for me and both came after tasting on the same result: prefabricated prefabricated TK goods. In addition, these carvings were not freshly roasted golden yellow in the pan, but were prefried and only briefly heated under the salamander before they landed on the plate. all just a culinary masterpiece. of the service asked if everything had been in order, our son-in-law expressed his thoughts clearly and clearly; how not to expect, differently discussed. I've been making a bun for a long time; I didn't come to a solution. for me this was simple and grasped the breast of a food from a German mass breeding and grilled until it had also lost the last rest of the juice. I gave my wife the grilltomate. the anointed were al dente, until o.k, but read all the traces of sage missing, and the fried rucola tasted as fried rucola just as tasty. more than two and a half stars this time I can not forgive for eating and drinking best; really bad. Price/performance ratio: in past, in order, now with some. the white carving in found quality eur 21.00 is a backness, and it belongs to a lot of chuzpe to demand for the so-called eur 17.50, you could almost have the impression that thomas over this price breaks from the insolvenz in self-responsibility, in which his brewery is currently located, wants to get out faster than until the end of the year. Price/performance assessment: currently not more than two and a half stars. P.S within the high-fracture should only be affected by the insolvency brewery, but not the gastro plants to the boots, brown boots, tabaks mill and unclean, where the weed is already overwritten to the women's break. As long as the kitchen performance remains at the current level, I do not see any plausible floor that comes back."

City: Saarbruecken, Straße Des 13. Januar 35, 66121 Saarbrücken (St. Johann) , Saarland, Saarbruecken, Germany
"Because the all-month card round of my wife coincides with us this time, today from 15 uy, I cannot use our open kitchen before the late evening; I don't want to disturb them in their performance and also in the evening meal. when the team is full, I will briefly show myself to welcome myself and then move back to my room until the end of the event. I often went to the cinema, but the current programs cannot inspire me. So I went to the city by noon to eat there. actually I would have liked to have eaten in the italia spaghetti carbonara, but there is Monday rest day and elsewhere the carbonara does not taste me. And so I landed on the 13th januar after short reflection on the road; there I have the choice between the shred, akira and the brasserie of klaus erfort slaughterhouse. goes straight for me; I get poor food somewhere else cheaper. the akira of mr. and mrs. hirose are already another house number, but today I have demanded steak tartare by hand with dijonnaise, pommes friites and mesclun; this is naturally not possible in akira, but in the brasserie of klaus erfort slaughterhouse and there I have eaten it many times, but the other steaks still offer despite frequent visits. shortly after 12:00 I arrived at the site. I had no reservation, but mr. pusparasan, the restaurant manager from sri lanka, who is happy every time I address him with his name and speak out of mistakes, has found another table for me. still today. quickly came the menu and also the wine card. I was surprised that this time during the season there is not even an additional spade card. I was even more surprised that steak tartare is now beaten with eur 26,00; last time I had eaten it on 10.06.22, it costs only eur 21.00 other price proposals were not found in the whole card, because here I found a ghost beer with the eifelbräu landbier (0.5l eur 4,90) in the drink area of the card. when printing the current card you should offer this beer, but it was not possible to do so today; I would have liked to try this beer for me unknown. instead, I landed once again in a drink at the end of the year, namely the gray-burgundy from the Petgen winery, the oldest winery in the Saarland; 0.2l for eur 8,90 ended with me. steak tartare has never been a disappointment for me; a bit more of the dijonnaise, but I would like it. the fries as always immaculate and mesclun even eats me. this is an original leaf salad mixture from the Provence; in original it was remarkable, rocket and endivia, refined by spices and fresh crusts. Today, however, we also use fountain cress, winter divies, lion count, egg leaf salad and head salads. the mesclun dressing was once again excellent, which ultimately lets me eat a lot of it, although I usually like leaf salads to my dear woman. once again, I was very prepared by my court. Conclusion: kitchen and service are to be praised; why the price of my farm ca. 25% have been corrected upwards, while the prices of all other à la carte dishes have remained unharmed, I don't give myself, and of course I come or we'll be happy to come back."

"So, a very good restaurant with a high-quality kitchen. We would of course also be very happy about a menu that changes a little more often. We would also find it good if there was something from Italy in the wine sector, maybe a prosecco instead of the unloved Cremant. Otherwise: Everything is best and recommended."

"Unlike my wife, I only know the Saarbrücker Schlosskrug from two funeral coffees. Last autumn we wanted to eat wild there; a newly hired lady accepted our reservation on the phone, but gassed that on Saturday, our reservation day, the restaurant (in contrast to the hotel has rest day). Result: We stood in front of closed doors or wanted to go through the hotel entrance to the restaurant, before the senior manager told us the grandma we arrived at the house by chance, clarified us about the day of rest and comforted another day. For a long time it took time, today we were back on site, the grandma could remind us well, we also remember them: The Hotel Restaurant Schlosskrug has been run by the family business Leppert in the best sense of the word since 1977; they bought it about ten years later. The hotel, a simple two-star house, is located directly on the Nauwieser district, just steps from the Landwehrplatz. If you need a simple and clean accommodation right in the middle of the city, you'll be welcome here. Single room EUR 35 EUR 45, double room EUR 57 EUR 61, triple room EUR 82. Breakfast (it should be good for four euros per person and the (possibly included animal hits with six euros per night). Surely sleep very quiet in the middle of the center, but there are certain parking problems at the house; Mostly everything is parked, but the nearby Landwehrplatz will probably find a place between 6 pm and 7 pm. Then it is more difficult for theatre performances at the Landwehrplatz or in the Alte Feuerwache until about 22.30 h, before a plentiful parking space is again available after the performance. The on-site restaurant offers bourgeois cuisine and is also known for its wild dishes. The game comes from own hunting and is very smoothly treated in the kitchen; You can find more details and the rooms etc. on www.hotel schlosskrug.de. Unfortunately there is no current menu; This should be improved. Ambience: Here the time has been in relation to the facility since the late seventies; but is not meant negatively and who likes such an environment will feel comfortable here. We felt comfortable in this real Saarland economy; four stars. Cleanliness: Everything that needs to be clean is clean here. If the two really small spots (I suspect red or red wine; both very difficult to remove directly in front of me on the bright gray fabric table cloth had beer lid or even puddle size, I would have asked for another table cloth; so they no longer disturbed me and there is no star train. My former boss would have said here: We don't want the Laus to crawl in the ass; in an advanced hour the term Ass would have been replaced by a stronger noun. Three and a half stars. Service: In normal operation (at family festivals, funeral coffees or if the family's holiday home or staff is willing, the senior manager's service speaks the grandmother at its own pace; she is no longer a flinker with a tripod, but has everything well under control and, if it is calmer, as it was the case today, is not a chat with the guests. In any case, during their breaks, we had a detailed conversation about hunting and the wild before and in today's time; like Ex Nimrod, I can speak very well. As a guest you feel really welcome and well received at the Grandma Service; four stars are not too much. Food and drink: My wife drank Panache (0.3l EUR 1.90 and I King Pilsener (0.3l EUR 1.90). The offer of open wines is unfortunately quite small and a whole bottle of wine for lunch we would not like to have. In wild boars it would have been roasted, wild boar, deer or deer. Fresh wildlife (depending on hunting was on the map; my demand has shown that it is always very fast. Can I understand well; I used hair feathers (Rehwild, Blackwild, Fieldhasen or Karnickel) on hunting, naturally prepared by me, always landed on my plate. My wife ordered Wiener Schnitzel from the calf with Pommes Frites and side salad (EUR 14,80), I landed with butter and red cabbage at herds (EUR 17,80). The Schnitzel (I was allowed to have costs, was perfect, almost a Wiener Schnitzel as from the picture book. The pommes, like my butter parrot and my red cabbage, are not made themselves, but are bought well. The side salad to the Schnitzel was fresh and had a fine dressing. My robe from the club tasted very excellent and was very delicate; the self-drawn and matching saucer on the plate and plus in a small saucer tasted very well and the saucer quantity in itself would have a smear or a smear (they would always be very much soup satisfied. Basic bourgeois cuisine; four stars. And four and a half stars earned the price/performance ratio from my point of view; These prices are very moderate given the bids. Conclusion: In a pleasant environment and with an appealing service you can not only take good wild, but also eat delicious other dishes. A somewhat larger selection of open wines would be desirable, otherwise we were very satisfied. P.S. The restaurant Schlosskrug in Klöckner's Regioguide Le Guide Bleu (www.regioguide.net) is reported on two pages (also with praised images). In this interesting guide, Gastronaut Rolf Klöckner reports bilingual on almost two hundred pages (in German and French about gastro plants in the Saarland and in the neighbouring Lorraine (former Lorraine, now part of Grand Est). Many of the companies he visited I know from my own visits; I don't always share his views about it, but unconditionally in the case of castle crug."

"Once in the first quarter of the current year we had wanted to eat mussels here; we had failed on site. I mean to remember that at that time I was swung on goose bumps, even my heart lovest had ordered something non-shelled. When the new desire for the mussel dinner in the Linde was brought to me by her, of course, I did not stray my momernt and then left her the call for the reservation. Yesterday we arrived at Linde shortly after 12:30; we were a bit late thanks to a road full lock, because we don't know each other so well in SB Bischmisheim, but on a somewhat worn-out path we somehow managed to get through to Linde. We got table no. 13 and were well served there by an older lady (the hostess and a young and very lively Italian. And this time we also remained steadfast with our bivalve; Mme. Simba ordered mussels à la creme and I ordered the mussels Seemann. Both dishes were equally priced with EUR 18.50 each and I ordered a portion of Pommes Frites for EUR 3.00. She drank apple choir for EUR 2.20. I would normally have taken a dry white wine, apparently a Riesling or Grauburgunder. But after I noticed the advertisements for Karlsberg Bockbier, it became for me two Bock (0.3l EUR 2.80 . He was very silly, I have to say that. At one of the side tables were two old ladies with their shells; otherwise, as far as I could see it, shells were not too much in demand, instead Zander or the Linde Rumpsteaks, known for their meat quantity and quality, seemed to be the racers. The coming events took place at the second table; all that was indispensable on the table was like water glasses, flower vase, knife, tea light etc. was cleared. Even the stand with salt and pepper shaker as well as the Maggi bottle, which seems to be vital in the Saarland, had to believe and soften. For this, two rechauds were built, two large vessels for accommodating the leeer shells and two large soup plates along with saucers and spoons. And a little later drum swirls: the tealights under the Rechauds are lit and two large black lids with cup spoons are worn at our table, a bowl with the pommes frites, this in the long thin form. They were very crispy and tasty, but I would have liked a little better in Belgian format. We were glad not to have ordered two portions of Pommes Frites; the second portion would have been too much for us. The mussel gods were both filled up to the edge with shells, whose broth still evaporated vigorously. The different shell dishes differed as well as not. And that the Moules marinière, here referred to as mussels sailor, besides chopped onion, thyme, chopped rag and fine-weighed chives as well as white wine, pear and salt are a lot of moth pencils at the start, I have never seen as a shell friend. No matter, they tasted just like the Moules à la crème of my wife. In contrast to her, I could not spoon my mussel ud: totally salted and peppered. Too bad, but for that I have to take off a star from the actually planned four.At once a part of the shells were still in the delicate baby age, say small to really small. But surely before the end of the season we come back to the mussel dinner and hopefully we will have to do it with loud adults : ."
