"The first time in this restaurant, although my partner (german native) had been several times before. we had a reservation that was not really needed since the restaurant under 50% of the occupancy. I wanted to try the famous roast duck, but no option to choose whether not in a package menu. that's ok, several starters and then the actual wait to come the first, and it's not what we had ordered. kellner complains with his view, but after more time we get our order. We had 40 minutes now. several escapes are served people who were later when we arrived (and our place was near the kitchen outlet.) we begin to annoy. 1.15 after our arrival we ask the waiter, with a single answer, it comes... we ask ourselves if the actual peking is due to the delay. 1.25 h the duck comes to the table. We make almost the wavy to cheer. the duck is really delicious, that must be said. we notice how other customers wait and wait for their tables, as they had paid with credit cards, but they were not sent back taking their cards. one by one standing up and going to the cash machine, so we decide to pay in cash, after more than two hours at this place. Decoration is really bad as an 80s hotel hanging with pictures, but that would not mean anything if the service had been a bit better. wonderful kitchen, but low-class service."
