"We stayed here while visiting friends nearby. Easy to find on main road and walking distance to shops. Lady at reception was lovely and friendly to talk to. Great little pool area out the back with a large grass area for kids to run around. I think the chairs around the pool need replacing, and maybe some recliners? The pool is not heated but my son still enjoyed a swim. The rooms were quiet and there was good parking for vehicles. A shame about the restaurant being closed but we were still given breakfast packs with cereal, milk, fruit and a small muesli bar. This place has amazing potential, we will stay again. Rooms: Clean and tidy with fold out couch bed for our 12 year old, beds were very comfortable, shower had good pressure, very nice. Shower was a bath style though so be careful if older. Safety: Last time we stayed in Brisbane our new jeep was damaged on the road, in this place our vehicle was right outside the door so had piece of mind our car and ourselves were safe."

I couldn?t believe that the best halal I?ve tried was from a convenience store, but this is my new go to halal place. The combo-over-rice is just something different here. Absolutely amazing food!"

"Came here because I’ve read good reviews and wanted to try their unique lattes. Ordered the Cripsy Skin Barramundi and their signature Beetroot Vanilla Latte. My friend ordered the Avocado Caesar and Watermelon drink. <br/ <br/ Food:<br/ The Barramundi was lovely (was not dry and it definitely had that crispy skin that we all want! . With quinoa on the side, it was a nice touch (much healthier option but I felt that there was not enough sauce or that it kinda lacked in flavour . I felt like it was missing another element could’ve had roasted vegetables like potato or carrots or salad on the side just to add more flavours. I tried the Avocado Caesar Salad and it was great! My friend added smoked salmon (for an extra $5 and all the flavours worked well together with the lettuce, herbs, bacon, capers, croutons and eggs however, towards the end I found that there was too much bacon and capers so it became very salty (I wish that it had more avocado since that was the name of the dish . <br/ <br/ Drinks:<br/ The Beetroot and Vanilla Latte is a must try (something really different ! At first I read beetroot and I was worried about the taste but the beetroot flavour was very subtle and the vanilla really added a nice aroma to the drink. The Watermelon drink (is an anti oxidant but it was very average (just tasted like a blended watermelon juice you can make at home there was a lot of mint inside as well. <br/ <br/ Ambiance:<br/ I liked the look of the restaurant, inside it was very wide, open (large clear windows so that you can view outside and it had a very modern look. It was quiet (for a Sunday morning as there were only 5 other tables seated (mostly family with kids . Staff were very welcoming and nice however, I found that one waitress was quite pushy towards taking orders (my friend and I had just sat down and started to read over the menu when she came and asked if we wanted to order yet 3 times within 5mins . <br/ <br/ Price: <br/ I liked that the hot drinks had options of 3 sizes (small: $4, medium: 5, irregular: $5.5 price difference wasn’t too much . Juices and smoothies were a bit more pricey (around $7.5 $8.5 . I thought that the Watermelon drink was particularly expensive considering that it was just Watermelon, Apple and lemon blended together with pieces of mint on top (could’ve easily be made at home . The Avocado Caesar was reasonably priced at $20 and the Barramundi was $32. <br/ <br/ Overall, I liked the feel of the environment (very relaxing and the food was nice. I definitely do recommend to give the Beetroot and Vanilla Latte a try (if you want to try something unique ."
