"I would like to say Thank for outstanding service Pret Tottenham Hale tube train station. To the guy who was working on 7 February at around 2pm. I bought tuna melt and decaf oat latte. I was with a baby and quite in a rush. The salesperson was very professional, quick, and friendly. Unfortunately, I didn’t ask a name but I think this person deserves a big shout out and a raise or minimum good bonus. : He is doing fantastic job keeping Pret A Manger customers happy, and making people’s day a little nicer every day. Thank You."

"This is the only restaurant where the wait staff actually made me cry. The food was all right, but the service was abusive and intimidating and I am sad but not surprised to hear that others have had the same experience. The staff were rude and I don't much remember the food as they had upset me so much by the time that it arrived that I struggled to eat it (all because I had the audacity to ask whether it would be possible to offer a vegan version of the thali what was I thinking?! . I wouldn't come back here even if I were desperate I would eat a dry bread roll from a supermarket before I would set foot in this place again. Avoid like the plague. I think their good reputation must have gone to their heads. My previous experiences had involved less rudeness but the service was so rushed and the dining space was so small that neither I nor they could wait for me to leave. Never again. I would give a rating of 1 if I could."

"The food is poor quality and expensive, It is not even consistent. The whole menu can be summarized as Chef's will if you order same dish you may get different sauce or ingredients. Ordered Pasta with vegetables, it was horrible. Explanation, our Indian chef is...not here but we have a European chef and he can't make Pasta. I offered to go in the kitchen and make pasta. By the way it is one restaurant one menu with change of name. It is Zaike, Chats and Brasserie. It changes name on days of the week."

"Love what they offer. If your into healthy organic food, come here! Not cheap but this type of produce never is. Great range from fresh food, a small bakery to juices, protein bars, fruit and vegetables plus more. Well laid out and clean. Staff are always really sweet. Very helpful and friendly. I frequent this branch and always love coming by. They have some tables outside if you want to eat or have a drink there. There is also area at the back of the store but this still appears to be closed post-pandemic."

"Gorgeous and popular Hampstead pub tucked in at the bottom of Hampstead Heath. Beautifully appointed, stylish, clean, comfortably posh and sprawling restaurant pub. On an icy Sunday their lovely evergreen garden was rightly closed and the interior was bright and warm, seating beautifully spaced, roomy enough for prams and high chairs. excellent warm service and very good special Sunday roasts plus they do Moet by the glass. What’s not to love."

"We ordered recently for a office diwali lunch. We got a take away. The chilli paneer was awful dipped into sweet and sout sauce. The yogurt was so sweet and was off. We all had a bad stomach the day after 5 of us. This was really bad. Food was horrible, you cant serve food which is off."
