After a long work day, the prospect of heading back to a comfortable hotel that has a very convenient, surprisingly good restaurant is a good feeling. Eating at Brasserie Centrale was just that. I had a wonderful pasta dish that was excellent and a salad...that was fresh, crisp and just right. A local draft beer rounded out my evening. I highly recommend this restaurant View all feedback.
What Colin Fox doesn't like about Brasserie Centrale:
The food is poor quality and expensive, It is not even consistent. The whole menu can be summarized as Chef's will if you order same dish you may get different sauce or ingredients. Ordered Pasta with vegetables, it was horrible. Explanation, our Indian chef is...not here but we have a European chef and he can't make Pasta. I offered to go in the kitchen and make pasta.
