"Horrible service. They just served me pork in Arrabiata pasta. The waitress refused to acknowledge the mistake saying this is how we make it here and I am not the cook.They refused to return the money as well. We paid the pasta that had meat which was returned right away.Of course no apologies given . They say it was our mistake to not to ask if there was meat in Arrabiata sauce. So far never heard of meat in arrabiata. Plus if there is any meat , it is mentioned in the menu.The owner was very rude and she told me that I did not know Italian kitchen. The waitress was even more harsh. She spoke in the most disrespectful manner. I wonder how people patronise such businesses. Or is it just me who is feeling cheated and over sensitive about this issue. They first justified by saying that it is mentioned in the menu that it has lard/pork but when they opened and saw it had no mention then they blamed it in me that how should they know that I was vegetarian. I wonder if there is a place I can complaint so that they understand that they should be more careful next time with such matters."

"Toute première fois au restaurant l'interlope et je peux dire que j'y retournerai, c'est certain. J'ai apprécié les lieux faits de moderne et d'ancien avec notamment ces poutrelles d'acier aux rivets apparents. L'accueil est agréable et sincère. J'ai dégusté successivement l'houmous avec un surprenant pinot gris de Neuchâtel (apéritif). Les rillettes de poulet fermier rôti à la sauge (entrée) et la joue de bœuf braisée, pinot noir et zeste d'orange (plat principal)… C'était divin et je n'étais pas très loin de l'extase gustative en particulier avec la joue de bœuf, cuite à la perfection et si gouteuse. Bravo à toute l'équipe de l'Interlope."

"I had the opportunity to drink and dinate at the veranda bar a few times, so this is not based on a random observation. The service in place is all smiles and polite, but unfortunately they have the tendency to bring food into all wrong order and including ingredients that were asked not to see as if they choose to ignore the customer an unacceptable situation in a 5-star operation. Some time ago we went to lunch with dessert and my ice cream was served in front of the main when I complained, they decided to put the ice Sunday in the freezer only to put the same with frozen whipped cream and fruit 40 minutes later than when doing a normal thing. On the other weekend we ordered Cesar Salads and asked that those who don't have anchovies that we can of course not stand out, the anchovies were proudly presented to small pieces of toast on the top of the salad. When we complained that the fillets were removed in the kitchen and the same salads served with the same ugly oil soaked pieces of toast... as if it's the natural thing to do... what asks me... if they have a guest who wants to be kept away from their plate for certain ingredients, can't they take the appropriate note? Didn't they hear about fatal food allergies? In serious cases, this can lead to serious and life-threatening episodes. Absolutely careless and not within a 5-star facility. Simply put, if you have any special nutritional requirements, stay away from their food as they can easily do you harm with a smile on their faces. To just enjoy great location and they are not much to choose on Sunday in Neuchatel, so it is either home or Dine here..."
