"This has become our favourite Filipino restaurant in the city. We always opt for the boodle style dinner where they place all the gastronomic options on a tray and served family style. Now, you can choose to use your hands to enjoy the amazing array...of food selections or you may also use cutleries no one will judge you! The set dinner is the best value as you can choose the number of entrees you want to include in your order. The more entrees you choose, the pricier it gets. All the entrees we have tried are delicious with very generous servings. Crispy Pata (deep fried Pork Hock), Lechon Kawali (deep friend pork belly the best part is the sinful crackling Pork Adobo (Filipino Pork Stew), and Pork BBQ on sticks are some of our favourite entrees. There are also seafood options and they are delicious as well. The set dinner also comes with unlimited rice so pig out to your heart's content! We have brought friends of different nationalities here and they have enjoyed the concept of eating using their hands and their eyes always light up when the smorgasbord of food on long trays are placed on the table. This is truly the best Filipino restaurant in Calgary as the service has always been remarkable. There are branches in Calgary but the best one is this location! Highly recommended for sure!"

"Pleasantly surprised at how delicious our meals were! Had the bacon wrapped scallops and they were cooked perfectly. I had Pansit Guisado and it was one of the best meals ever! Great and attentive wait staff. Busy in the restaurant and busy take out! Highly...recommend"

"This is my absolute favourite restaurant in all of Calgary!! This is a beautiful family owned business that will welcome you as one of their own. Prime Time 's homemade pizza is exceptionally delicious and my personal favourite is the Louis Special. If you are looking to try something new and different, try the traditional Portuguese 'Bitoque ' steak-you won 't regret this choice!!"

"Earl’s on 32nd Ave and Barlow Trail NE Calgary used to be a go to place for a long time. We have frequented the place for over a decade. Lately both services and food quality is being terribly compromised. No Happy and welcoming greetings from...the front end staff , poor service at the table and more importantly the food quality was a disaster. Not to mention the leather backrest in the booth was stinking. Smelled like had been wiped with a stinking wet cloth. 6:30pm on Thursday evening was surprisingly not really busy. 5 booths occupied and most of them had two people in them. There was staff walking around and not once did anyone stop to check on us. The water in the jug brought to our table was actually lukewarm. We had to wait a while for our server and to ask for cold water. He fixed the problem by pouring some ice in the jug. No the water jug was not removed from our table and replaced with fresh one. We could have had better service and food quality at Jo’s Cafe or even a fast food establishment. Date of visit: March 2022"

"I was there with my friend to celebrate her birthday. Started out well, greeted us at the door, complimentary Prosecco, very lovely. When we ordered I was asking about Gluten Free as I have Celiac Disease. They recommended the Veggie Burger. I said let's do...it and after a while the waitress came back telling us the Veggie Burger has gluten in it. My friend's pizza was ready and we wanted to eat together. Our options were she eat while I eat my little side salad, then I eat my burger alone. Or her pizza sits under hot lamps while they make a regular burger. I said I'd just eat a salad so we could eat together. I asked for chicken with my salad not knowing it was a 7 upcharge. The manager came over and apologized, said they were setting me up with a nice large salad so I could take some home, then they charged me 24 for the salad, which should have been comp'd as it was their screw up. I didn't even eat what I wanted. Poor service. If it wasn't for the lovely way the evening started I would give them no stars. Save your hard earned and get a nice meal elsewhere."
